Messaging Support FAQ

  • What is it?

    Consider me your virtual village.

    Messaging support is provided inbetween sessions to help you implement the new tools and seek advice or reassurance for when things don’t go as planned.

  • What is the response time?

    Messages are answered within 24 hours.

  • How do I contact you?

    Communication will be via Voxer. Why? Parenting is busy and hard, sometimes its easier to just talk your question into an audio message than convey it via typing. Same goes for my response! There can be a lot of information and I’m not here to waste your time, audio messaging is more efficient.

  • Can I do messaging support without a session?

    No. Messaging support is not meant to be the only support you receive. It is meant to help you inbetween our chats as you navigate the information you have learned and the techniques you have gained.

  • What service comes with messaging?

    Messaging support is included in the 1:1 coaching package and is not available for the Quick Fix individual session.

  • What is the cost?

    Messaging is included in the cost of the coaching program.
